Through mechanical pretreatment and bio-hydrolysis, the metal and inert impurities are separated and form a high calorific value solid phase (RDF) and organic slurry. The high calorific value solid phase can be utilized for thermal energy utilization by means of clean incineration, industrial kiln, etc.; the organic slurry produces biogas through anaerobic digestion, which can be used for cogeneration or made into compressed natural gas for sales.
The technology is also suitable for municipal solid waste treatment.
Mechanical Pretreatment System

Biological hydrolysis treatment system
Under normal temperature and pressure conditions, the organic matter in the kitchen waste undersize material is hydrolyzed and dissolved into the liquid phase by mechanical, biological and hydraulic actions, and then the organic slurry and the high-calorific value solid phase are separated by extrusion dehydration.
Anaerobic Digestion System
Anaerobic digestion of organic slurry produces clean energy --- biogas.
