The projects involving food and kitchen waste can be co-processed. Food waste is pretreated to form organic slurry and solid phase residue. Solid phase residue still contains a certain amount of biodegradable organic matter, which can be sent into the biological hydrolysis system to be processed together with kitchen waste. Kitchen organic slurry is mixed with biological hydrolysate for anaerobic digestion after oil recovery.
(1) The collaborative treatment makes full use of the characteristics and advantages of the biological hydrolysis system, and solves the problem of the further treatment and utilization of solid phase residues in the treatment of food waste;
(2) Food waste and kitchen waste slurry combined anaerobic, adjust water quality, improve operational efficiency and energy efficiency, reduce operational difficulties and simplify process control;
(3) Simplify the treatment process and reduce the project investment and occupation.
