The pneumatic emulsification desulfurization tower technology has obvious advantages compared with the traditional spray method in reliability, liquid-gas ratio, desulfurization rate, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-scaling, anti-blocking, anti-smoke water and energy saving.
The desulfurization rate is designed to be between 90% and 99%. Using pneumatic emulsifying desulfurization tower, the specific surface area produced by the same amount of circulating liquid is 10 times or even dozens of times of that produced by spraying method.
