ESSB pretreatment process of flue gas denitrification is a kind of high temperature and low dust denitrification process, which is the best solution for flue gas treatment for most industrial kilns. After dust removal, the flue gas enters the SCR reactor for denitrification. Due to the low dust concentration and good denitrification temperature, small-pore catalyst can be used, which has small volume, high efficiency, not easy to be poisoned and has a long service life. The difficulty of this arrangement is the high-temperature electric dust removal equipment in the front of SCR.
